What is ABA?

It stands for Applied Behavior Analysis!

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a highly effective therapeutic approach that is rooted in the science of learning and behavior. The process involves a deep exploration of how behavior works, with particular attention to the impact of environmental factors. By examining these factors and how they affect behavior, ABA can help individuals learn new skills and overcome problematic behaviors.

Through its tailored and dynamic approach, ABA therapy applies the principles of behavior analysis to real-life situations, helping individuals develop the skills they need to lead happy, independent lives. Its ultimate goal is to increase helpful behaviors and reduce those that can be harmful or prevent individuals from reaching their full potential. With its strong empirical foundation and track record of success, ABA is widely recognized as one of the most effective approaches for individuals with various behavioral challenges.
